Returns are simple at Bright Bold & Beautiful! If you would like to return your item(s) for any reason, we accept returns within seven (7) days of the delivery date for item(s) in new condition.
Returned item(s) must not be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in anyway, and must be free of perfume, smoke or any other odor. All original tags must be attached. Bright Bold & Beautiful will not accept any returns postmarked after seven (7) days of the delivery date.
When you return your item(s), you will receive a full store credit for your returned item(s). Shipping fees will not be credited, unless it was a mistake (defective or wrong item) by Bright Bold & Beautiful.
We do not accept exchanges at this time, due to the limited stock of products. If you would like a different size or a different style, please go to our website and place an order for the item that you would like instead. Our website inventory changes daily, so by placing a new order you guarantee the availability of the item that you would prefer.
NON-DELIVERABLE OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
A restocking fee of $10 will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to a non-deliverable address.
Only regular and sale priced items may be returned. Clearance items marked "FINAL SALE ITEM" in the details of the product page cannot be returned.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of body suits or makeup. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost return packages during transit, so please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
RETURN AND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, you will receive a store credit discount code to apply towards a future purchase.
