- Return requests must be submitted through our Returns Center at http://brightboldandbeautiful.returnscenter.com within 3 days of the delivery date for a refund.

- To be eligible for a refund, products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

- Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

- The customer will be responsible for return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

- Products must be shipped back within 5 days once your return is approved or your refund request will be rejected.

- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we are in receipt of the returned products. We are not responsible for lost packages so please consider insuring your returned products.

- You will receive an email as soon as we have received your items, as well as when a refund is issued or rejected.

- Please do not return products that are not in their original, unopened, and unused condition or your refund will be rejected.

- If your return is rejected, we will contact you and ship your product(s) back to you free of charge.

How do I return a product(s) ordered from your website?

2) Enter your order number and email address to start.
3) Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
4) Once your return request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

What items are non-refundable?

Only items purchased on www.brightboldandbeautiful.me may be accepted for return. Final sale items, gift card purchases, and items purchased from third-party sites or retail stores are not eligible for return or refund.

Can the items be exchanged?

We do not currently accept exchanges.

What are the refund options?

All refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed immediately and a transaction will appear on your original payment method within 10 business days.
